Picnic in the gallery

A stylish picnic between works of art? In Münsterland you can! The unique picnic experience at Galerie Hovestadt in Nottuln offers you not only a ready-packed picnic basket, but also plenty of space for exciting conversations about the fascinating creations. The gallery shows contemporary art with works by established artists as well as "fresh" academy graduates.

And if you want to learn more about the works, you can book a guided tour to go with your picnic experience. Art historian and gallery owner Dr Gabriele Hovestadt will guide you through the gallery and tell you about the background of the paintings and sculptures.

The new exhibition "Paradise Garden, Painting and Sculpture" by Dagmar Vogt can be seen in the gallery from 16 September 2023. This will be followed by an exhibition by Isa Dahl and Daniel Wagenblast from 04 November 2023.

Tip: Since the picnic area is indoor, it is the perfect picnic for autumn and winter!
