Janina runs the traditional Budde riding stable in Haltern am See with a special blend of passion, mindfulness and a connection to nature and the region.

With her "Stable Peace - Silence Together" programme, she invites you to leave everyday life behind and find moments of inner peace in the serenity of her four-legged friends. A unique experience that combines the power of silence and the versatility of the Münsterland riding landscape.

The programme consists of silence, a short introduction and a subsequent reflection.

Conditions/Extras

Equipment: Please remember to bring warm, weatherproof clothing as the stable environment can be cool.
Duration: The silence lasts approx. 60 minutes, followed by a short introduction and a subsequent reflection. You will be on the farm for approx. 120 minutes.
Mobile phone use: In order to preserve the silence and the special atmosphere, mobile phones are switched off during the quiet time.
Health: People with animal hair allergies should take their individual restrictions into account.
