Service modules in the recruiting process

We support you in recruiting skilled workers and offer you various service modules as part of the Onboarding@Münsterland service, which are oriented towards the various phases of the application process, but can also be used individually:

SERVICE MODULE I: LOCATION MARKETING IN THE RECRUITMENT PHASE

Your company location is an attractive place to work and live . Show that to applicants, because a job decision is always also a decision for the place where you live. That's why we offer you:

We use many channels to show skilled workers the advantages of Münsterland. Your company will also benefit from this.

SERVICE MODULE II: ADVICE/ORIENTATION IN THE INTERVIEW PHASE

We offer your applicants personal counselling already in the interview phase. personal counselling in the interview phase. This can have a positive effect on the applicant's decision for your company:

  • The service comes to the applicants (for example, to your company after an interview or to the café, via telephone or Skype).
  • We welcome them with a gift.
  • We give an initial orientation and a gut feeling for the region.
  • We identify individual needs, for example on topics such as housing, jobs for partners, childcare, etc.
  • All contents of the counselling interviews are treated confidentially and are also subject to data protection guidelines.

We recommend offering the counselling service to applicants at an early stage, preferably at the beginning of the interview phase.

SERVICE MODULE III: SUPPORT AT THE PLACE OF RESIDENCE

The job decision is positive and you are hired. You take care of the onboarding at the workplace yourself. We ensure a good arrival at the place of living. Based on the individual needs assessment in service module II, we develop customised solutions for the individual questions of newcomers and ensure that the move and the arrival at the new place of living as a single person, couple or with a family are a success.

SERVICE MODULE IV: WELCOME EVENTS

Münsterlanden: Once the move is complete, perhaps the social contacts that make the new place of living a real home are still missing. Under the motto "Blind Dates with the Region" we create an offer for newcomers, at special locations and with culinary support, to make contacts.
