Your job

We are committed to sustainable, regionally anchored entrepreneurship in Münsterland through various funding projects and initiatives. Thematic focal points include

  • Promoting innovation for small and medium-sized enterprises
  • Promotion of start-ups and start-up support
  • Circular economy and circular business models
  • Company succession and securing the future of SMEs

Depending on your profile and the scope of the position, you will take on responsibility in a leading or coordinating role within these projects. You apply with your desired number of hours and your specialist areas of specialisation.

We are currently looking for several colleagues for

Project leadership and project management (m/f/d) for projects on innovation, corporate succession and circular economy for the Münsterland region

  • 20 to 40 hours per week possible, depending on the task and project
  • Temporary: 1 to 3 years, depending on the project
Your tasks
  • You structure the respective project.
  • You develop formats, networks and offers to strengthen the regional business landscape.
  • You will work closely with companies, people interested in starting a business, universities, business development organisations and other regional stakeholders.
  • You will plan and moderate workshops, network meetings and events.
  • You facilitate knowledge transfer and exchange on innovation, succession and transformation processes.
  • You support the operational implementation of projects and actively work on content-related components and measures.
  • You will be involved in communication, documentation, reporting and evaluation.

Additional tasks in project management

  • You will be responsible for project coordination, budget and resources.
  • You are the central point of contact for funding organisations and project partners.
  • You will be responsible for reporting, funding calls and the strategic development of project structures.
Your profile
  • You have completed vocational training or a degree, e.g. in the fields of business, environment, social affairs, sustainability, innovation management, or a comparable qualification.
  • You have professional experience in project management - ideally in the context of innovation, start-ups, transformation, sustainability or regional development.
  • You are interested in circular economy, corporate succession and/or sustainable business models.
  • You have experience in working with different stakeholders and networks.
  • You work in a structured manner, independently and maintain an overview.
  • You have a confident manner, moderate confidently and communicate appropriately.
  • You think conceptually and actively contribute your own ideas and design proposals.
  • You enjoy working in a team and are confident in interdisciplinary work contexts.
  • You know the Münsterland region or are keen to get to know the region in depth.
  • You are prepared to attend appointments in the region - sometimes outside normal working hours.
  • You have a good knowledge of common IT programmes and digital collaboration tools.

Additionally for project management

  • Ideally, you have experience in the technical management of projects and in managing complex project structures.
  • You have experience in budget responsibility, funding management and strategic project development.
  • You can strategically develop projects and networks and bring together different interests in a targeted manner.
  • You take responsibility, make decisions confidently and maintain an overview even in dynamic situations.
  • A completed master's or diploma degree is an advantage.
