The Onboarding@Münsterland service of Münsterland e.V. invites employees in human resources to a three-part online seminar series in June on the topic of human resources management and development. Speaker Zuzana Blazek from the Institut der deutschen Wirtschaft Köln e.V. will talk about recruitment in corona times, virtual leadership and the path to inner psychological strength, resilience. The online seminars will take place on 17, 23 and 25 June. Participation is free of charge for all interested parties.
Just a short while ago, the shortage of skilled workers was the dominant topic - now there are widespread hiring freezes and rising unemployment figures due to the Corona crisis. Nevertheless, the problem of the shortage of skilled workers has not been solved, as it is primarily a structural problem. What challenges are companies now facing in recruiting new employees? How can companies make the most of this time of crisis for recruitment? What do good digital job interviews and successful digital onboarding look like? Answers to these and other questions can be found in the online seminar on 17 June (Wednesday) from 1.30 to 2.15 pm.
The second online seminar on 23 June (Tuesday) from 1.30 to 2.15 p.m. deals with the topic of virtual leadership. Due to the Corona crisis, many employees work from their home offices and leadership takes place at a distance. What makes good virtual leadership, how managers keep in close contact with their teams, motivate them and how they give them the necessary orientation will be the topic of this online seminar.
On 25 June (Thursday) , from 1.30 to 2.15 p.m., the topic will be resilience. This is because massive changes such as those in the Corona crisis are often associated with great stress. In such situations, inner psychological strength, so-called resilience, can help. In this seminar, speaker Zuzana Blazek will give employers and their employees recommendations on how to get through the crisis as well and resiliently as possible. Participants will learn what resilience is exactly, how to strengthen resilience and receive tips on how to strengthen mental resilience.
The speaker in all seminars is Zuzana Blazek from the Institut der deutschen Wirtschaft Köln e.V. Blazek is a senior researcher in the competence field of professional qualification and skilled workers and works in the project "Kompetenzzentrum Fachkräftesicherung-KOFA". Her main topics are employer branding, leadership, strategic HR work, resilience, change management, digitalisation (in HR) and staffing of the future. She gives lectures on these topics nationwide, conducts workshops and writes articles for trade journals and other media.
