Start of the RennFietsen Tour Münsterland on 26 May

On your bikes, get set, go - the 13th RennFietsen Tour Münsterland starts tomorrow (Ascension Day). Around 40 racing cyclists will then be on the road for four days, each on a 150-kilometre tour through Münsterland. The starting signal will be given tomorrow (26 May) at 10 am at the Leonardo Campus in Münster. Then the participants will once again be "cycling for a good cause". For every kilometre cycled, donations will go to the two aid organisations Stiftung AGAPEDIA and roterkeil.net. The tour will end on 29 May in Münster in front of the castle.

"We are happy to be able to hold the tour locally again this year. The sporting spirit and the will to donate is great among all participants," says tour leader Joachim Wechner happily.

The start and finish of the day's tour is the Leonardo Campus in Münster. The racing cyclists will start at around 10 a.m. (Sunday at 9 a.m.) in small groups and will be accompanied by the tour guides. Arrival time at the destination is between 4 and 5 p.m. (Sunday already at 3.30 p.m.). On Thursday the tour leads through Rosendahl, Greven, Lengerich, Tecklenburg, Steinfurt (approx. 2 pm) and Horstmar. On Friday, the participants will ride through Dülmen, Nottuln (approx. 12 p.m.), Rosendahl, Havixbeck (approx. 2 p.m.), Altenberge and Greven. On Saturday, the tour goes through Ostbevern to Beelen (approx. 12 pm) and on through Ennigerloh, Warendorf and Drensteinfurt. And the last tour on Sunday leads through Senden, Lüdinghausen (approx. 12 pm), Dülmen, Rosendahl, Billerbeck, Laer, Havixbeck and ends around 3.30 pm in Münster in front of the castle.
