Good entertainment, tasty feasts, delicious beer and "advanced training": the weekend begins with a traditional Kiepenkerl welcome, followed by a lively covered wagon ride. Then the exciting "brewing course" starts. After graduation, including a certificate, the delicious brewmaster's table invites you to fortify yourself for the evening of dancing. At the morning pint on Sunday morning, you will receive your well-deserved "beer connoisseur diploma".
View into the brewery at Brauhaus Stephanusuntil 1 p.m.: Arrival in Coesfeld and occupancy of the rooms with shower and WC at the Brauhaus Hotel.
1.30 pm: Brewing course in the Stephanus brewery.
2.30 p.m.: Welcome by a Kiepenkerl with a Coesfeld oxblood.
3 p.m.: 2-hour covered wagon ride through the green surroundings of Coesfeld with on-board kegs on request.
6 p.m.: Brewmaster's table with soup of the day and large Westfalenschnitzel, followed by an evening of dancing.
Beer seminar at Brauhaus StephanusIn the morning, breakfast together at the Brauhaus Hotel.
11 a.m. Morning pint in the "Stephanus" brewery, presentation of the "beer connoisseur's diploma", if applicable presentation of jug + pint glass.
The programme ends afterwards. Use the time to explore the surroundings of Coesfeld.
