Every day of the week has a culinary surprise in store - for example the "Brau-Schau", asparagus weeks, Doppelbock tapping or St Nicholas boot drinking. All dishes and beers are also labelled with the Münsterland seal.
Owner Matthias Rulle and his brother Stephan opened the rustic brewery in 1990, guided by the idea of bringing a pub, restaurant and brewery to life in one place. In the meantime, a hotel with 34 rooms, some of which are barrier-free, has been added. A popular destination for hikers, cyclists and motorcyclists, as the beautiful nature of the Baumberge attracts active tourists.
The various rooms - the highlight is the large malt cellar with its impressive "bottle sky" - as well as the beer garden and the large playground (plus children's menu and nappy-changing table) make the brewery a perfect place for celebrations.
Every year on 1 May, the classic car meeting attracts fans from all over Münsterland to admire the crowds of historic cars, motorbikes and scooters. A special treat: the kitchen treats all classic car drivers to a Brauhaus-style knuckle of pork.
