Horse holiday | Stallion parade by night

A "Warendorf Stallion Parade by Night" took place for the first time in 2024. At this event, the stallion parade programme takes place in a special light as dusk falls. The illuminated historic stables and the parade ground surrounded by stalls provide a particularly atmospheric backdrop for this traditional show. The well-known and popular shows presented by the team from the State Stud promise a unique atmosphere with the illumination of the parade ground.

Day 1

Friday: Arrival in Warendorf

The afternoon is at your leisure. Use the time to explore the historic old town, take a stroll or stop off at a cosy café. In the evening, take part in the "Culinary Stroll Tour". During this entertaining tour through the historic city centre, you will enjoy an upscale 4-course menu and an exclusive wine tasting. Delicious!

Saturday: The highlight of the trip

After a hearty breakfast, the tour starts at the NRW State Stud. Learn about the history of this important institution, from its origins to its current tasks. The afternoon is at your leisure.
In the evening, you will experience the highlight of your short holiday: the "Parade by Night". Tickets for the event will be waiting for you at the hotel on arrival.

Start: 19:00 (admission from 16:00)
Duration: approx. 3.5 hours (incl. 45-minute break)

Sunday: Departure
