On a guided tour around the moated castle, through the old cellar vaults, past the horse muesli production and other spots worth seeing, he shows how tradition and modernity go hand in hand at Haus Geist and gives an insight into life at a moated castle. A small picnic with coffee and fresh cake perfectly rounds off the visit to the young landlord in a cosy atmosphere.
