Calendar of events with Event.IT

Events are often the reason for trips and excursions. From city festivals and large funfairs to concert series and weekly markets, Münsterland has a lot to offer. Numerous players regularly enter their events in the Münsterland data portal. Using the free Share.IT module, municipalities, associations or service providers can easily integrate an event calendar seamlessly into their website. This creates real benefits for visitors to their website and at the same time increases the reach of the events.

The use of the event calendar is free of charge.

As different as the events are, so are the requirements for an event calendar. In Share.IT, you will find numerous options for customising your event calendar.

Configuration options:

  • Search for events by radius, postcode or predefined areas.
  • Pre-filtering of events according to characteristics
  • Pre-filtering of events according to target groups
  • Targeted selection of filters for internet users
  • Search by event name
  • Integration with or without search mask
  • Display of pictograms
  • Colour adjustments for search mask, filter and results list

Tip

You can configure as many event calendars as you like in Share.IT and thus meet your target group exactly. For example, create an event calendar for your residents and an event calendar with the highlights of the year for the tourists. With just a few clicks, you have created your own calendar of events.

You don't have a login for Share.IT yet? Then register here. We will send you your final access data after your registration.

Log in to Share.IT with your login data. With your access, you can see all the data sets you have created in an overview.

You can create new event calendars or modify existing ones at any time. If the code is stored on your website, all changes are transmitted in real time.

Configure data

You can configure each event calendar individually. You can use numerous filters to create the event calendar precisely for your target group.

Adapt layout

For each event calendar, you can control the colours and layout and offer a seamless integration to your website visitors. If the layout of your website changes, you can adapt the event calendar in Share.IT without having to re-integrate the code.

Have you made all the adjustments? Then you can copy the code provided and place it in the source text of your website.

From now on, all changes from the Münsterland data portal will be automatically transferred to your website.
