Feldmark recreation area

The recreation area is a worthwhile destination - whether for families, groups or individuals. For example, there are many picnic facilities around the lake. There are benches, seating groups or the possibility to simply sit on the picnic blanket on the shore. A barbecue hut with several barbecue sites is also available for guests.

Active in and around the lake

The entire recreation area is served by an extensive network of hiking trails, which also include a fitness trail, an adventure playground and a water treading pool. The cycle path network with the 100 Castles Route and the Border Crossers Route also lead directly past the lake. There is also a signposted circular path especially for wheelchair users. For water sports enthusiasts, there is a boathouse with a jetty. From here you can go sailing and surfing, but also pedal boating at weekends and by appointment to explore the lake in a relaxed way from the water.
