Ketteler Hof

The Ketteler Hof is definitely one of the most beautiful leisure parks in North Rhine-Westphalia. Surrounded by forests and meadows, the park is located west of Haltern am See. The operators have really thought of everything to give families a carefree day: You can rent handcarts right at the entrance, and just a few metres away guinea pigs and playground equipment await the little ones. The Ketteler Hof is famous for its extraordinary climbing worlds and water playgrounds. On winding paths, you can climb up towers and bridges, and then race back down on one of the countless slides. Don't be surprised if your children want to stay longer.

Older children, and most adults, are drawn to the faster rides. No one stays dry on the water slide, and hairdos can suffer on the summer toboggan run. How good that parents can be children again here. The climbing course in the upper part of the park is a real challenge. How good that there is also an easy version. The slide tower, which is wonderfully located under shady trees, provides a thrill.

At lunchtime at the latest, the wonderful smell of grilled food and spices wafts through the park. Then a well-deserved break is taken at the picnic areas scattered throughout the park. Of course, the Ketteler Hof also offers gastronomic delights. But then the water playgrounds, pirate boats, volcanoes, petting zoo and much more want to be conquered.
