Münsterland Heat Congress

Teamwork for climate protection

More than 150 participants from local authorities, companies, institutions and energy suppliers agreed: together they want to actively shape the heating transition.
The first "Münsterland Heating Congress", which took place on 3 April 2025 on the maakwi campus in Heek, focused on the use of renewable energies and increasing energy efficiency. More than 150 experts from local authorities and companies discussed measures and learnt about successful practical examples from the region. The event was organised by the "Münsterland ist Klimaland" initiative coordinated by Münsterland e.V. and the state association NRW.Energy4Climate and the NRW Renewable Energies Association (LEE NRW).

You can find more information about the event and download the presentations on this page.
