Jana loves plants and especially the knowledge of native wild herbs. She has found her green home in Münsterland and shares her enthusiasm with a lot of heart and expertise.
On the wild herb walk around Burg Vischering in Lüdinghausen, you will learn which edible wild plants grow right by the wayside and how to recognise them safely. Jana will show you step by step how to collect and identify them - without any previous knowledge.
Afterwards, the group will head to the castle kitchen to prepare simple, healthy treats from the herbs they have collected, such as herb quark, pesto, spreads and small seasonal desserts. An experience full of nature, enjoyment and genuine Münsterland moments.
