NRW promotes regional culture: Stage set for 23 new projects in Münsterland

The state of North Rhine-Westphalia is supporting art and cultural projects in Münsterland with a total of 823,652 euros in 2026. Creative artists from the region and beyond applied for funding last year via the state funding programme "Regional Culture Programme NRW" (RKP). Of the 37 applications submitted, 23 projects received funding from the Ministry of Culture. Learn more

Münsterland e.V. is getting serious about sustainability: the regional management organisation has now been officially recognised as part of the ÖKOPROFIT programme in the district of Steinfurt. For Münsterland e.V., the seal is also the starting signal to promote more sustainability in the region as a driver. This also includes the fact that the association is undergoing TourCert certification in order to make the tourist destination more sustainable and have it certified as a sustainable travel destination.
