The charming village in Münsterland

Its location makes Saerbeck so interesting for a holiday in the Münsterland. The village is quiet and rural, very close to the Ems. Day trips by bike or by car open up the whole of northern Münsterland with all its famous sights.

From Saerbeck along the Ems

The small town of Saerbeck between Münster and Rheine is captivating for its beautiful landscape. The Münsterland is wide and open here and cyclists in particular will find almost unlimited opportunities. Close to the village you have access to two "waterways", the Ems cycle path and the Dortmund-Ems canal route. But cycling tours to Münster, Steinfurt or the hilly landscape around Tecklenburg are also worthwhile.

Bisons on the "Nöttle Berg

Steppe in Münsterland? It's more than alive in Saerbeck with its bison at the "Nöttle Berg" wildlife enclosure. Get to know the charm of this idyllic spot. Nature plays a major role in Saerbeck - meadows, pastures, fields, lake, river and forests invite you to idle away and enjoy a variety of activities: Hiking, swimming, horse riding, playing tennis and of course cycling. For relaxing walks, the pättkes along the Mühlenbach ("Pastors Allee") and around the bathing lake are a worthwhile destination.
