With 18 different specialised services and an interdisciplinary and networked range of services, Innosozial is a growing and innovative company with almost 300 employees. Innosozial is the successor company to PariSozial Warendorf, which was founded in 1997, and is a member of the Deutscher Paritätischer Wohlfahrtsverband Landesverband NRW e. V. (German Parity Welfare Association of North Rhine-Westphalia).
Its specialised services include curative early intervention, occupational therapy, speech therapy and physiotherapy (cooperation) as well as the specialised autism service. Innosozial offers flexible educational support, curative family support, open all-day schools as well as counselling and placement of foster families. The family support service, assisted living for mentally ill people or people with mental disabilities and social medical aftercare are also an important part of the company.
Another focus of Innosozial is on integration and inclusion, which includes the Psychosocial Trauma Centre for Refugees. With VARIA, counselling on pregnancy, sexuality and family planning, and the counselling centre for single parents and other families, Innosozial also provides support in the field of counselling and education.
