Artificial intelligence (AI) is developing rapidly - including in the cultural sector. But what new applications are there and how can cultural stakeholders use AI sensibly?

This online seminar offers a compact update on current developments in AI and its practical use. In addition to automated text creation, image and sound editing, it also covers AI-supported organisation and administration. The focus is not only on technical possibilities, but also on the question of how AI facilitates processes without replacing creative work.

Another focus is on the legal and ethical framework conditions: What opportunities does AI offer, what are the challenges and limitations? In addition to theoretical input, there will be practical examples as well as space for questions and an exchange of experiences.

Kai Heddergott, communications consultant, born in 1969, has worked for 30 years in various functions in press and communications work in and for institutions, companies and agencies, and has been self-employed since 2009. He specialises in teaching skills in the field of digital communication.
