Cutbacks, growing uncertainties and rising expectations are increasingly challenging cultural and educational stakeholders. Many find the current situation stressful - but there are strategies to remain stable and active even in challenging times.
This workshop is about determining your own position, recognising resources and developing solutions. What challenges are we facing in the cultural, artistic or educational sector? What can we do to actively tackle them? In addition to practical approaches for greater economic security, the focus is on resilience and self-care. How can we strengthen ourselves and connect with others so that together we can navigate uncertain times with greater security and stability? After all, change and crises are part of everyday life - the question is how we deal with them.
