Culture meets climate. Getting started. Orientation. Realisation.

Ecological sustainability is also becoming increasingly important in the cultural sector. But how can the change towards more sustainability be organised in concrete terms? Which initial steps make sense, and which tools and networks provide support? Our "Culture meets climate" workshop offers a practical introduction to the topic and provides valuable impetus for sustainable transformation in the cultural sector.
The workshop first teaches the basics of environmental sustainability in the cultural sector and provides guidance on relevant tools, best practices and networks. This is followed by the development of initial concrete measures for your own cultural practice.

Participants can expect a comprehensible introduction to the topic with practical examples, a compact transfer of knowledge on strategies, tools and networks as well as space for exchange, questions and individual solutions. Specific options for action for their own cultural organisation will be developed.

Tuesday, 16 September 2025 | 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., from 9 a.m. Arrival and networking

Location: Alte Amtmannei, Joseph-Moehlen-Platz 1, 48301 Nottuln
