5K HD ON OCTOBER 13 AT THE LWL MUSEUM OF ART AND CULTURE
FUTURISTIC SOUNDS WITH THE BAND 5K HD UNPLUGGED IN MÜNSTER

Futuristic and euphoric sounds through the distortion of voice and instrument: the band 5K HD offers a kind of disturbing pop high culture experiment and yet the music seems familiar and pleasant.
A band that feels called upon to create something new without being confined to genres: 5K HD. Sometimes their pieces sound futuristic, sometimes fragile, sometimes epic or brute, sometimes playful. They will be playing unplugged at the Münsterland Festival, which will lead to an even more intense and pure listening experience.
5K HD is a catchy and euphorically disturbing pop and high culture experiment that manages entirely without a laptop, even if it often sounds the opposite. Both the voice and the instruments are alienated to such an extent that you lose sight of who is making which sound. The band mixes up the traditional roles of their instruments: they let the bass play the sounds that normally come from the keyboard, or distribute the finger sequences of a piano composition to the other instruments. The music often seems strange and familiar at the same time - and that is precisely what makes it so exciting.
THE VENUE: LWL MUSEUM OF ART AND CULTURE
