THE VENUE: SCHULZE FRENKINGS HOF

The Schulze Frenking farm in Appelhülsen was first mentioned in a document in 1022. Once a typical Münsterland farmstead, the municipality of Nottuln recognized the potential of this historic farmstead in the 1980s. It acquired the Schulzenhof and converted it into a community center, which opened in 1988 as "Schule Frenkings Hof". Since then, cultural events such as theater, concerts and exhibitions as well as congresses and seminars have been held there.
