MÜNSTERLAND FESTIVAL
Every two years, the Münsterland Festival presents music and art at special venues in the Münsterland region. The extensive program is not only to be found in the region's large event halls, but also at special, often somewhat smaller locations - for example at castles and palaces, buildings with modern architecture and places with history. The musical focus is on jazz, pop, traditional and classical music and is complemented by exhibitions, dialog events and excursions.
SPECIAL EDITION: MÜNSTERLAND FESTIVAL MEETS BURGJAZZ | JUNE 19 TO 21, 2026
Three days of jazz at one of the most beautiful moated castles in Westphalia: from June 19 to 21, 2026, the Münsterland Festival and the BurgJazz series will once again bring international jazz greats and interesting new discoveries to Vischering Castle. The special ambience of the medieval castle provides the setting for a weekend that combines top-class music and an excursion experience.
