When the three musicians of "saxyarpa" come together, it becomes magical: this trio creates its very own, unmistakable sound from soul, pop, folk, flamenco and jazz.
Alberto Sanchez from Paraguay is an exceptional talent on the harp: Rhythmically, harmonically and melodically, he draws from the full. Johannes Köppen shines with his talent on the saxophone. He is also a member of Lotto-King-Karl's band and has already performed on stage with Roger Chapman. Manuel Beutke plays percussion and joined the group at the beginning of 2020 with his dynamic and versatile playing.
Whether the musicians of "saxyarpa" play their own songs or interpret other people's compositions, with their shared passion and love they create something completely new: music full of beauty and life.

How does a picnic concert work?
The concert will take place on the meadow at Kolvenburg Castle. Visitors can bring their own picnic and picnic blankets and enjoy the musical sounds in a picturesque setting. Some deckchairs and other comfortable seating are available. Snacks can be purchased on site.
